General information about shipping

  • Shipping during COVID-19 (Updated: August 2021)

    As of last month, July 2021, all domestic shipping has returned back to normal. We actually have been getting out orders pretty efficiently this year overall but wanted to wait to give an official green light.   • Shipping during COVID-19 (Updated: June 12th, 2020)

    As of Friday, June 12th 2020, there is still no express delivery on orders processed at this time. Our vendors are slowly picking back up on fulfilling orders that come in but there is some backlog as we have seen a peak in online orders against the actual resources in place to complete them. Shipping times are delayed by two to three weeks. As usual, we are constantly monitoring all orders that come in. If you have any questions or concerns, just reach out to us at info@oneprincple.com.     As of April 2020 and due to COVID-19, there is no express delivery at this time. Please expect delivery delays of up to two weeks.   • What is the turnaround time from an order is placed to receiving the order?

    Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:

    • Express: 1-4 business days in the US after fulfillment.
    • Standard: 4-10 business days in the US after fulfillment.
    • Flat rate: 5-10 business days in the US after fulfillment.
  • What if the product is damaged in the mail?

    If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to returns@oneprincple.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Do you offer Next Day Delivery or Overnight?

    Generally, all orders placed are not shipped out the same day. We do not offer Next Day Delivery or Overnight service as our product offerings are made-to-order. Our Expedited Delivery service generally ships orders out the next day and delivered within 4 business days. This service is only available to certain products and regions in the US.

  • Does PrinCple ship internationally?

    Currently, PrinCple does not ship internationally. We are working on expanding our shipping demographic so stay tuned as we will update you once additional regions are added.
